We look at the room with you, talk about what it needs to do, and say honestly what is and is not worth spending money on.
2. Written quote
An itemised price with the allowances and exclusions spelled out, so a comparison against another quote is a fair one.
3. Schedule and permits
A start date, an end date and whatever the city needs pulled before anyone turns up with tools.
4. Build and hand back
Daily clean-down, a walk round at the end, and a punch list that gets finished rather than forgotten.
