The usual questions
A bathroom is usually two to three weeks and a kitchen four to six, assuming materials are on site before we start. The quote gives dates, not a range.
Almost always. We seal the work area, keep one bathroom usable wherever possible, and agree the days when water or power has to be off.
Work stops on that part, you get a photo and a price the same day, and nothing is covered back up until you have said yes.
Yes, and the certificates are handed over with the quote rather than on request.

Yes. Permits and inspections are pulled and scheduled by us and are listed on the quote so you can see what they cost.
Workmanship is warranted for ten years. Manufacturer cover on materials is passed through and the paperwork comes with the handover.
