This is a small company by choice. The person who walks through your house and writes the price is on site while the work happens, which is what makes a start date worth giving. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor you have never met.
Most of the work is kitchens, bathrooms and roofs, and most of it comes from someone who had us in before or was told about us by a neighbour. That only keeps working if the house is left clean and the price is the price.
